مقر قنوات – حيث يلتقي المكتب بالحديقة
يمثل مقر قنوات نموذجاً جديداً لمفهوم بيئة العمل الحديثة، حيث يلتقي المكتب بالحديقة في منظومة حية تجمع بين
الطبيعة والتكنولوجيا والإنسان. يقع المشروع في دبي ستوديو سيتي ويتكون من أربعة طوابق صممت بروح الاستدامة
والابتكار. يستوحي المبنى فكرته من الفناء العربي التقليدي الذي كان مركزاً للحوار والتفاعل، ليصبح القلب النابض
للمبنى ومصدر الضوء والتهوية الطبيعية، ورمزاً للانفتاح والنمو الجماعي. تبنى التصميم مبادئ ما بعد الجائحة من
تقليل الكثافة وتوسيع المسافات الشخصية واستخدام أنظمة ذكية بدون تلامس لضمان السلامة دون فقدان الترابط الانساني. يخلق الضوء الطبيعي والنباتات والمواد المستدامة بيئة متوازنة تعزز الإبداع والراحة. خصصت الطوابق العليا
للإدارة، فيما تستضيف الطوابق السفلية مساحات عمل مرنة للشركات الناشئة والمبدعين. وتربط الحدائق الداخلية والتراسات بين الأفراد في أجواء تفاعلية. أما الطابق الأرضي فيحتوي على مقاهٍ ومطاعم وساحات عامة تشجع على
التواصل المجتمعي. وتغطي الألواح الشمسية السقف لتؤكد التزام المشروع بالاستدامة، ليصبح مقر قنوات نموذجاً
لبيئة العمل المستقبلية.
QANAWAT HQ – WHERE OFFICE SPACE MEETS THE GARDENS
Qanawat Headquarters redefines the modern workplace as a living ecosystem where office space meets the gardens. Located in Dubai Studio City, the four-story building blends sustainability, technology, and human connection. Inspired by the traditional Arabic courtyard, its central atrium becomes a heart for exchange, daylight, and ventilation, symbolizing openness and collective growth. Post-pandemic principles shape the design through reduced density, natural ventilation, and contactless systems that prioritize well-being and safety. Natural light, greenery, and eco-friendly materials create a balanced environment that fosters creativity and comfort. The upper floors house executive and operational areas, while the lower ones offer flexible spaces for start-ups and creatives. Terraces and internal gardens encourage collaboration and community engagement. On the ground floor, cafés, restaurants, and plazas serve as social anchors. Solar panels atop the roof enhance energy efficiency, turning Qanawat HQ into a model for sustainable, adaptive workplaces of the future.
